The app includes features that help users generate meal plans using external AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT). PLATE7 is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or nutritional adequacy of AI-generated meal plans. All AI-generated plans should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.
Payments and billing
Paid features, if applicable, are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not store payment card information.
Intellectual property
The app, including its code, design, and content, is the property of PLATE7 LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the app without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLATE7 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from dietary decisions, health outcomes, data loss, or inability to access the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
